All the guests booking through the organizer will live in the Liuyuan Hotel (Orange Hotel) which is only 5 minutes' walk from the Nanjing Institute.
When you arrive Nanjing, please go directly to the Liuyuan Hotel and register at the lobby. The conference will be held at the Conference Center in the hotel.
Please keep in mind, in China, from 5 to 7 pm is the rush time and it is quite difficult to order a taxi.
1. From the Shanghai Pudong Airport to Nanjing (350 km):

1) By bus. There are several bus lines from the airport to the downtown of Nanjing, which depart the airport at 11:20, 13:20, 15:10, 16:40 and 18:40. The bus will go through the Shanghai-Nanjing highway and it commonly takes 4 hours. Please pick up your luggage at first and then go out to find a information desk for the bus, probably near the No. 7 gate. When you arrive Nanjing, you can take the taxi to the Hotel, which costs about 15-20yuan.
2) By train. Just out of the No. 7 gate, you can find the Shuttle line No. 5 from the airport to the Shanghai station. The shuttle bus departs every 20 minutes and arrives the station after one to one and a half hours (price: about 20 yuan). There are at least one train in every half hour between Shanghai and Nanjing from 6 am to 11 pm with the price between 40-100yuan.

2. From the Nanjing Lukou Airport to the Liuyuan Hotel:
There is only one terminal at the Nanjing Lukou airport. You may take a taxi (recommended) from the airport to the Liuyuan Hotel, which costs about US$18 or 140yuan. Or you can take the shuttle bus from the airport to the downtown and then take a taxi to the hotel. The shuttle line has about six stops. You need to get off at the last one, Shanghai Road station. The ticket for the shuttle bus is 25yuan, and the fee for taxi is about 10yuan.
3. From the Nanjing Railway Station to the Liuyuan Hotel:
There are two different railway stations in Nanjing, one lying in the east part and another one in the west part. Please get off at the first arrived station after the great Yangtze River bridge, the Nanjing Railway Station. Please go down to the underground passway and pass the exit where you need to show your ticket. After that, go ahead and you will find a queue waiting for the taxi. The fee for the taxi from the station to the hotel is about 15 yuan.

5. Weather:
In late June and early July, the temperature ranges from 20ºC to 35ºC. It is still in the raining season at that time. The humidity is usually moderate (rarely high).

This is to inform that we are going to get together for June 21 in the Home Inn at Longdong Avenue 5385, Pudong, Shanghai. The detailed address is:

The hotel is 17km (Taxi fee about 50 Yuan) from the Pudong International Airport, where the most participants will arrive at (see the attached map for the location of the hotel).
The hotel is 25km from the Shanghai Train Station, and the taxi fee is roughly 100 Yuan. But the participants taking trains may alternatively use the Underground System and change at the Zhangjiang Stop to bus or taxi.
From the Hongqiao Airport (for domestic airlines) in Shanghai, the taxi fee is about 140 Yuan.
For those who arrive earlier than June 21 and would like to visit down town, there is a bus stop nearby the hotel to connect to the Underground System. Taking taxi directly from the hotel to the down town costs roughly 50 Yuan.
